We have never experienced such top notch care from an animal clinic...and we've both had animals for years and years! From the minute you walk into the clinic, you can tell there is a (positive) difference...from the warm, caring individuals at the front desk (especially Miss Debbie!) and the great technicians (Dory, Robyn, Stephanie J., and Reggie), and of course the wonderful veterinarians...Drs. Gumfory and Hendon. You all are the model for what a four-star (I give you five stars!) animal clinic should look and function like. Keep up the great work! A special note to Cindy -- you are a gem! I feel so good leaving our babies with you when we travel. You are amazing with them. You are a wonderful person. We all love you! :) Posted By :

Posted : 3/14/2011 Comments : We first met Dr. Ozee in 1996 when our sweet Quincy first started having seizures. Since then, we have entrusted eleven different dogs to Dr. Gumfory and staff. We now live in Azle and still make the trip to Westcreek. Their kindness and caring for our "babies" and for us is second to none, and we would not think of going anywhere else. Posted By :
Charla Bradford (Tippy and Eagans mom) Posted : 7/8/2010 Comments : My dog Sadie Suffered a stroke late one night and I had to take her to the emergency clinic in Arlington to have her put down. They notified Westcreek Animal Clinic the next day and Dr. Hendon called and asked what had happened to Sadie. He said he was very sorry and the next day I received a condolence card from the clinic. I have been taking my dogs to Westcreek Animal clinic for years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They are very kind and compassionate. Posted By :

When I had to put my Mandi to sleep he helped me through the hardest part and let me know what to expect. Even though I live in Granbury the trip to Fort Worth is well worth it for that trusting & caring feeling. Thanks Dr. Gumfory for the tenderness given to your patients and their care givers. After nearly 30 years of coming to Dr. Gumfory, I can truely say that there is no one more compassionate or sincere. There have been times that the care and knowledge from the vet makes me jealous that I cannot find a medical doctor to care with my human family as well as these vets. Posted By :

I've never had cats before and all the staff were patient and informative with all the questions and concerns I had/have. The entire staff is warm and caring, and they are genuinely concerned about our dogs and their issues du jour. They take the time to explain things and answer our questions. We feel very comfortable boarding our little guys at Westcreek Animal Clinic. The staff is great about giving me updates when I call in, ever the concerned parent, to get a status report. Any time one of our babies is seen at the office, someone calls the next day to check on them...very nice touch! We love Westcreek Animal Clinic! Sloppy kisses xxx |
